TERMS OF PURCHASE

Purchase of products from HodaNails also means acceptance of our general terms and conditions. When ordering products over the internet, there is a binding purchase agreement. The purchase is completed as soon as the purchase is confirmed on the screen.

All illegal acts on the webshop will be reported to the police.

 

PRICE

All prices are stated incl. VAT as we both have private and professional customers. HodaNails reserves the right to make any inaccuracies on the website and price changes.

 

PAYMENT

Payment via PayPal and Stripe: We send your package after prepayment through Paypal or Stripe.

 

CARD PAYMENT

Pay by credit card safely and securely over the internet directly when ordering. No extra fees apply for card payments.

 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING COST

We send your package with Postnord. Delivery time within Sweden 5-7 days. Delivery time for international packages varies depending on destination as soon as the order is placed the package is sent within 5 days from us. The customer receives a tracking number which allows them to see the preliminary delivery time. 

HodaNails is not responsible for any transport damage, but we report to our carrier. Contact order@hodanails.com

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have the right to return a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Consider the following:

1. The product must be unused and faultless.

2. Complete original packaging is returned in its entirety and must be undamaged.

Receipt or invoice must be presented.

4. State the reason and wishes when changing.

5. When the item is returned, we will send the item you wish to exchange or credit/refund you.

6. You are responsible for return shipping if you want to cancel your purchase or order the wrong item and/or want a change.

 

RECLAIMS

In case of fault picking or complaint, contact us within 5 days after the fault is discovered and state where the fault exists.

Email order@hodanails.com and describe what is wrong. Feel free to attach a picture or film of the damage error and we will make sure that you are replaced with a new or equivalent item. Enter the order number in your email.
